Here is the ANTICIPATED schedule for Prairie Rail 2024. Actual departure times from the hotel are based on the distance to the layouts, and will be provided in your registration packet.
Friday
10:00 am to 2:00 pm – Registration table is open – obtain name tags and layout assignments
1:30 pm - 2:00 pm – Depart host hotel for Friday Session (depending on distance to layout)
Evening - free time, or TBD activities
Friday evening Open Houses - TBD (7:00 pm to 9:30 pm)
Saturday
8:00 am – Depart for Saturday morning Session
2:00 pm – Depart for Saturday afternoon Session
Evening – Potential informal get-together at a local restaurant (TBD)
- 6:30 pm - meet at the designated place (TBD)

Sunday
8:00 am – Depart for Sunday morning Session
